Nesakkaram-SEEDS (Street Elfins Education and Development Society) operates as a non-governmental organization based at No.11, First Cross Street, Lake Area, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 600034, Tamil Nadu. Founded in 1989 by Rev. Fr. Jesu Irudayam, OFM, the organization focuses on street and slum children in Chennai, providing opportunities for humane growth and a happy childhood. Over 36 years, it has reached thousands of street and slum children, youth, and women through interventions including education, medical attention, skill development, vocational training, and rehabilitation.[2][5]
