Questions clinics ask

Is it really free for 30 days?

Yes. Your 30-day trial starts when you set up your page. You do not enter a card, and nothing is charged when it ends. If you want to keep online booking after that, the clinic plan is ₹499 a month, or ₹4,999 a year.

Do my patients need to install an app?

No. Patients book from your page in their phone's browser. They choose a day and a time, type their name and mobile number, and confirm with a code sent to their WhatsApp.

How do patients know their appointment is confirmed?

They get a WhatsApp message with an appointment number and a link that shows how many people are ahead of them. They also get a reminder the evening before, and another when their turn is near. You can switch the reminders off with one switch.

What if the doctor is away, or the clinic is closed?

Add a day off, or just an afternoon, in a few taps. Patients cannot book those hours. If bookings were already made, they are cancelled and each patient is told.

Do you charge a fee for each booking?

No. There is no commission and no per-booking fee. You pay only the plan (₹499 a month or ₹4,999 a year).

My clinic is already listed. What should I do?

Many clinics already have a free page on Informay, built from public information. Search for yours below, claim it with your mobile number, and correct anything that is wrong. If you cannot find it, you can create a new page in a few minutes.

Are the doctors on my page checked?

Yes. Each doctor's registration details are checked by the Informay team before the doctor is shown to patients, and a verified doctor carries a badge on your page.

Who can see my patients' details?

Only you, as the clinic. The patient list with visit history is in your private dashboard. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
